Caesar Rodney Choral Department

This year we will once again host THE YOUNG AMERICANS.  The YAs travel the country bringing a workshop focusing on instruction in singing, dancing, staging, microphone techniques, and numerous other stage oriented skills to high schools.  Listed below is the basic information. Please spread the word and help us register students for the event.

DATES:

November 13th (Sunday)- Registration-3pm, Workshop-4-9pm 

14th (Monday)- 9am-6pm Workshop

15th (Tuesday)- 3-5pm Rehearsal, 7pm performance

COST: $47.00 per student

GRADES: 4-12

Registration forms are available via music teachers in various Caesar Rodney schools.  Only current Caesar Rodney school district students are eligible to participate.

HOST FAMILIES

Help is desperatley needed for host families for the YAs.  Families are asked to transport YAs, provide some meals, and provide a comfortable enviroment during the time they are in the Camden area.  Interested families should contact Mr. McCarthy for information and a form.

Performance

The workshop culminates in a final perofmance on Tuesday, November 15th.  THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT. Details concerning cost, times, etc. will be made available soon.
